R.S. Plumbing provides residential, commercial, and construction plumbing services, including but not limited to repair, installation, inspection, and maintenance. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. R.S. Plumbing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. 

2. Estimates and Pricing

All price quotes and estimates are provided based on available information and are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during service. Final pricing will be communicated before work begins. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payments

R.S. Plumbing accepts various forms of payment including cash, credit cards, check, and other approved paymen methods. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information is accurate and complete. 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel appointments by contacting us within a reasonable time before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a service fee. Refunds for completed work are only available if required by law or under our written warranty policy.

5. Warranties and Liability

We strive to provide quality workmanship. Any warranties on parts or labor will be disclosed in writing. Except as expressly stated, all services are provided "as is" and without any other warranties, express or implied. 

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to their property for our technicians and to disclose any relevant information about plumbing systems or potential hazards. RS. Plumbing reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if unsafe conditions are present.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without our written permission.
